“ We visited as a family of four. We didn't expect anyone to speak English but they did, very well. There were plenty of seats available when we arrived at about 7.30 but it steadily filled up. Three of us shared meat paella and it was fine. Our daughter had a hamburger, which was OK but tasted like sausage meat. We finished with chocolate brownies, which were good. It was a nice dining experience with a pleasant atmosphere and we would happily visit again. ”
“ Quite nice restaurant right on the beach if you are not in a hurry and want to enjoy your evening in there. The service is very good but just not really quick - if there is all the time in the world - just enjoy the time spent with friends or family think we spent there something like 2 hours but I guess we only had ourselves to blame since we ordered the seafood paella for mains, which was great by the way. We also ordered the burgers for our kids and they were not too keen on them, but hey… kids can be fussy. We also ordered the octopus leg with avocado hummus and even though the octopus leg was done to perfection it was waaaaaaayyy too salty, which so badly ruined otherwise great piece of food (I am a big fan of octopus btw). It was just a shame to ruin such a great dish with so much coarse sea salt. Otherwise it is a good restaurant for a long time well spent with friends/family or on a romantic date give it a go ”
“ We stumbled upon this chiringuito by chance after being deeply disappointed with our visit to Cerro Gordo restaurant, which had neither good service nor a proper food selection. While spending time on the beach, we decided to try this place — and it turned out to be absolutely wonderful. Pablo, who served us, as well as the espetos master, were simply outstanding. Pablo is incredibly empathetic — he should honestly open a school for waiters, because we felt like guests at the home of a truly hospitable host. He created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, explained the dishes with passion, and everything was beautifully served. The food was delicious, elegantly presented, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. What could be better than enjoying excellent food, a stunning view of the beach and Cerro Gordo (better seen from afar :)), and the company of a loved one? We highly recommend this chiringuito — tasty food, outstanding service, and very attentive staff. Special thanks to Pablo, to the espetos master, and to the kitchen staff who prepared the amazing lubina for us ”
“ We were in Spain for a month, and we ate here 5 times. Highly recommended for excellent service, delicious, fresh food, and perfect beach surroundings. Prices are a little high as one might expect on a beach in a tourist area in the dead of summer, but it is well worth it. ”
“ 2nd time we've eaten here this holiday. Had the pork skewers last time which were delicious, and we're not disappointed tonight at the Sea Bass & pork T-bone cooked on an open fire. May return for a third visit before the week is out. ”
